Come to the MakerSphere shop for a fun holiday family crafting event. Make your way around a number of craft stations to create holiday gifts or your own keepsakes. Kids will love making special gifts they will be proud to give to grandparents, family and teachers. Handmade gifts are always appreciated and long treasured. Crafts include several styles of ornaments, fun bookmarks, leather accessories, decorative candle jars, wire pendants and more!

This is a parent/child activity. Fee includes all materials. Parent/1 child $30; each additional child $10.

IMPORTANT - Please register all family members under one registration. There is no need to register members separately. Once parent is registered, continue to the checkout where there is an option to add members.

Kids Holiday Craft Night with MakerSphere – Drop Off While You Shop!

Give the kids their own fun night out while you enjoy some of the holiday events and shopping in downtown Waterbury. MakerSphere is hosting a kid’s holiday craft night at the Waterbury Senior Center.

When:      Friday, December 15 from 5:00 pm to 7:15 pm
Where:     Waterbury Senior Center – 14 Stowe Street, Waterbury
Ages:       6 and up
Fee:         $30 per child; each additional sibling $20

Registration required. Includes all craft materials and refreshments.

Drop your kids off and then visit some of the great local businesses to do some holiday shopping or maybe grab a bite to eat. Head just next door to Bridgeside Books, where Revitalizing Waterbury is having a silent auction of local art and gifts - and of course there’s also a wonderful book selection and fun novelty gifts for any age. Then, stop in at Stowe Street Café for their Sip n’ Shop event where you can enjoy complementary refreshments and shop more great art and gifts. Make the most of your visit downtown by shopping, dining and supporting these and other local Waterbury businesses! Bring on the holidays!
