Please join MakerSphere and Shannon Morrison of n3pottery for our Scholarship FUNdraiser; an evening designing your very own ceramic pint tumbler!

Enjoy a fun evening of creativity, socializing with friends and neighbors, and at the same time helping to support the MakerSphere Scholarship Program. Every $250 raised provides two scholarships to community members toward Youth and Adult programs.

There is no experience needed and studio-made, wheel-thrown tumblers will be provided. Select from many designs and patterns. Then, carve through the colorful surface layer to create your design on a one-of-a-kind drinking vessel suitable for craft beer, iced tea or your favorite beverage! Attendees will first practice on test tiles and learn about the process and possibilities before carving their piece.

Come tour the Waterbury Center handcrafting and ceramic studios, enjoy snacks and beverages and meet some of our Board members & instructors – all the while supporting important community art programming!

Please note that the allowable tax-deductible portion of your fee is $25 (for which a receipt can be given). This amount is the difference between what the workshop normally costs; $75 and the fundraiser fee of $100.
